Bonnie, Primus Family Law Group is so busy. Always time for more clients and always time for expressing compassion to those clients, but with so many different areas of family law that people call you. Seriously, how do you have the time to give everyone what they need because that’s what they report? I feel like I’m the only client she has.

How do you do that? You know, Michael, every case is different and we treat every case with respect. So when you come to Primus, we’re gonna treat you like the whole individual, including your family, and we’re gonna take care of whatever we can to make it simpler for you. Law is not what you do, it’s what we do.

We’re not just shoved aside, but let’s just look at some of the things that I know that family law matters in Primus family law. Well, you know, name changes is something recent that we’re doing in the last year. If you wanna change your name or your child’s name and it’s not contested, we can get that done for you. Sometimes it is contested and we can still get that done for you.

It’s a matter of whether it be because you’re an adult and you wanna change your name or your child or your spouse, sometimes people got divorced and didn’t change their name as part of their judgment, we can take care of all of that for you. Custody and visitation, well, Michael, you and I have talked about that a long, long time. We take on every aspect of figuring out what’s the best custody and visitation plan for you and your children along with the other side.

And when it comes to property division, well, we’re all skilled in how to divide property, not only according to California law, but also reasonably with what makes sense for your family circumstances. There are intricacies, math, certain formulas that we have to use, for example, for child support or spousal support, or if there’s formulas because you were married for part of the time or not married for part of the time you were together, jointly owning a home, we can do all of that at Primus. You demonstrate focus and clarity, ingenuity and insightfulness, just like that.
